There are many beach destinations allowing USA Travelers. This list includes both vaccinated and unvaccinated travelers from the united states. A word of mention beforehand. There are more than 8 places that allow travelers, but these are just 8 listed. Additionally, you might or might not need a PCR test too get into some of these beach destinations. However, you will need one to return to the USA.
Mexico
You must complete a a health declaration form and scan the QR code to enter Mexico. No tests are required before departure nor quarantine.
Maldives
You will need a negative pcr taken within 96 hours of your flight for both vaccinated and unvaccinated travelers. Must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test to arrive.
Bahamas
Must submit a travel health visa. Vaccinated travelers age must have a negative rapid antigen or negative pcr test taken no more than 5 days before your flight. Unvaccinated travelers 12 and up must take a negative pcr test no more than 5 days before your trip. Children under 2 do not need to take a test. Unvaccinated kids under 12 need a negative antigen or negative pcr test.
Antigua and Barbuda
Both Vaccinated and unvaccinated travelers must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test for within seven days of their flight (this includes transiting passengers) to enter Antigua and Barbuda. Children below the age of 5 years, do not need a covid test. Must complete a health declaration form.
Thailand
Must answer the ThailandPlus application.
All travelers must provide proof of an insurance policy that covers treatment for Covid-19 up to the cost of $100,000 and a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of departure.Another PCR test must be taken on arrival, after which all travelers (with the exception of fully vaccinated travelers flying to Phuket or Koh Samui) must quarantine at government-approved quarantine facilities or Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) facilities. This can include luxury hotels, some of which have developed quarantine packages.
Unvaccinated travelers need to quarantine for 14 days in specified hotels (Alternative State Quarantine) in before able to move around Thailand. Must present a negative PCR test result (within 72 hours of departure from your home country).
Costa Rica
No tests are required for entry into Costa Rica. You will need travel insurance that covers $50,000 for medical expenses, including COVID-19 disease and $2,000 for lodging.
Belize
Both vaccinated and unvaccinated travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test, taken within 96 hours of travel, or a negative Rapid Antigen test, taken within 48 hours of travel, upon entry into Belize. Must stay at a gold standard accommodation as a tourist.
